All Students who turn five years-old by September 15, 2025 are eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.
Kindergarten Round Up at Mary Welsh Elementary will occur from 1:30-3:30 PM in a drop-in format. It is important for parents of Kindergarten students planning to enroll at Mary Welsh to attend. The school will be collecting basic information from families and make copies of birth certificates for registration. Any parent or guardian who is unable to drop in during this time is encouraged to contact Mary Welsh Elementary at 319-668-2301 by May 1st to get their student signed up for the 2025-26 school year.
Information regarding Kindergarten Glimpses, an opportunity to explore Kindergarten in a small group format with you student in August, will be provided to families too.
